Our background.

Our company founders, Calogero and Lucio both coming from a Sicilian background but born and bred in England have always been surrounded by incredible food with them both taking a great interest in different cuisines and culinary creations. 


Both founders studying catering through their school life with Calogero going onto train at The Tante Marie Culinary Academy whilst Lucio going on to work at some of the most prestigious restaurants in Surrey including The Clock House, Ripley where he worked his way to Chef de Partie and helped the restaurant to get one Michelin Star.

Grazer was started out of a passion for offering impeccable service, supported by exceptional food to provide each and every customer with nothing but complete contentment with their catering needs.

Working with only the best hand picked suppliers, meticulously training staff and with a service that always goes beyond expectation we genuinely believe we can offer a catering service like no one else.
